Hi, how are you?No, really: how - are - you? Is your life on track? Is everything going the way you planned? Or might there just be a little area in your life that could do with some tweaking and changing? Is there something you've always wanted to do, but never got around to? Or maybe you've tried before but it hasn't worked out, so you've pushed that dream to the back of your head (from where it keeps bugging you from time to time)? Maybe you could benefit from Life Coaching!

Life Coaching has been around from some decades now, both in the personal and business field; there are international bodies recognizing professional standards of Coaches and many thousands of people have reached their goals with the help of a Coach - and I don't just mean athletes!

A Life Coach is someone you consult when you need help to get to where you want to be in life. This can be changing to a better job, another relationship, a different dress-size, improving communicational skills, finding a deeper meaning to your life or setting boundaries with all those demanding relations and overbearing colleagues.

A Coach will charge anything from $60/session upwards, with a session usually being between 45 and 60 minutes long. Depending on the goal, the Coaching process can take anything between five and 15 sessions or more and will be worth your investment because you are in charge. For now, I am offering my services for free, saving you literally hundreds of dollars. What do you have to lose?

So, if YOU are -

  • ready to take control of your destiny
  • prepared to take responsibility for your actions
  • motivated to identify what to change and
  • willing to take the necessary step to see it through:
e-mail me at: doris@buildingthelifeyouwant.com! My name is Doris Fuellgrabe, I am a 30-something international female, following my path to physical, mental, emotional and spiritual joy by studying life, coaching, emotional intelligence, practicing yoga and meditating. As your Coach, I will be -
  • your mirror, so you may see yourself clearly
  • your advocate, standing by your side, understanding and defending you
  • your coach, cheering you on when you tackle the changes you've identified you want to make
  • your sounding board and an open, honest and (com)passionate believer in your abilities
Let's take that trip together down the lane towards the future you want to create.Initial contact would be made via e-mail where you tell me about yourself, a little bit about your background, your current situation and what you would like to change. We would then work on specific goals for your individual coaching process and determine the number of sessions we'll probably need. Actual chat-sessions would be scheduled according to individual needs. Of course you are welcome to e-mail me at any time with any progress, doubts or suggestions you may have, I'll do my best to answer those within 48 hours of receipt. I will ask for your feedback and opinions and the permission to use them as references and testimonials in the future.

Looking forward to working with you!
